high temperature graphite hot pressing furnace BTF-2300C-VP-120
1. Basic introduction
Vacuum hot pressing furnace is a complete set of equipment for hot press forming materials under vacuum (or other atmosphere) conditions. It mainly uses resistance heating, and the pressure head driven by the oil cylinder presses up and down. At high temperature, the solid particles of the raw material are mutually bonded, the grain grows, and the voids (pores) and grain boundaries gradually decrease. Through the transfer of the substance, the total volume shrinks and the density increases. The structure is a dense polycrystalline sintered body, which presses the material into shape.
2. Structure & composition
It is mainly composed of furnace body, furnace cover, furnace cover lifting system, furnace bottom, heating and heat preservation and temperature measurement system, pressurization system, vacuum system, water cooling system, control system, etc.
Structure feature:
1)Furnace cover: double-layer water interlayer structure, inner and outer walls are 304 stainless steel polished, and equipped with pressure head, shielding, locking device and opening device, and water cooling device;
2)Furnace body: double-layer water interlayer structure, the inner wall is frosted, and the outer wall is 304 stainless steel mirror polished. Adopt O-ring vacuum sealing and water cooling device. Equipped with temperature measuring hole, air extraction hole, observation hole shielding, and electrode introduction device on the furnace body, three-phase heating is conducive to power grid balance, and has electrode protection cover. The furnace body is fixed on the upper part of the furnace frame, the pressure head and the oil cylinder are fixed on the bottom and top of the furnace frame, and can be removed
3)Furnace bottom: Double-layer water interlayer structure is adopted, and the inner and outer walls are polished with 304 stainless steel. It is composed of inner and outer heads and flanges, lower pressure head intake diaphragm valve, and is equipped with adjustable height displacement sensor
4)Furnace frame: It is welded by two thick-walled cylindrical columns of upper and lower beams, and the upper and lower indenter supports are welded shaped steel products, with high compressive strength, high smoothness and balance
5) Indenter: The upper and lower indenters are made of Tokai carbon isostatically pressed high-strength graphite blocks, and the indenter bears a pressure of 30 ~ 70MPa
6) Vacuum system: composed of a diffusion pump and a mechanical pump, equipped with an inflation valve, a deflation valve, a vacuum butterfly valve, a vacuum pressure gauge (± Pa) bellows, a vacuum pipe and a bracket, etc.
7) Hydraulic system: adopt electric input mode. The hydraulic station is equipped with a motor, adjustment potentiometer, pressure sensor, displacement display using grating ruler (distance measurement accuracy 0.02mm), hydraulic cylinder and other related hydraulic devices. The pressure adjustment can be switched automatically and manually, and can be adjusted manually. The instrument can be set to automatically adjust the pressure, and can achieve voltage stabilization and holding pressure;
8)Temperature control system: Fully automatic PLC + touch computer control system, which can be switched manually and automatically
9)Heating element and heat shield: The heating element is made of graphite into a cylindrical structure. The heat shield adopts graphite tube, carbon felt is added to the outer layer, and the outermost layer is fixed by a stainless steel sleeve, which has good heat insulation effect and good thermal shock resistance;
10) Gas filling and deflation system: It is composed of various pipelines and manual vacuum diaphragm valves, which is convenient for users to connect the gas circuit
11)Water cooling system: It is composed of the relevant devices of each valve pipeline and is equipped with a sound and light alarm for water cutoff, which automatically cuts off the heating source or function
