The furnace tube is made of steel pipe. The maximum temperature can withstand 1100C. Under 800C working conditions, the maximum pressure can reach 20mpa. The sealing form has CF flange sealing. The sealing ring is metal oxygen-free copper sealing ring. The maximum vacuum can reach 10 -4Pa. The furnace tube of this equipment is highly resistant to oxidation and can be supplied with oxygen and water vapor at high temperature. The equipment is equipped with a pressure sensor and a solenoid valve. When the pressure sensor detects that the internal pressure is greater than the set pressure, the signal is transmitted to the pressure sensor. High-pressure solenoid valve, the solenoid valve opens to release excess pressure to ensure the internal pressure is the same as the setting.
