The furnace body of the 1200 ℃ open mini vacuum tube furnace is small and compact, and the heating rate is extremely fast. It can not only be evacuated, but also protected by gas. Its structure makes it easy to disassemble and assemble the furnace tube, and the operation is simple and convenient. The user can directly see the sintered state of the sample through the transparent quartz tube cavity. The furnace tube workpiece traverses the furnace with the imported resistance wire, the temperature field is uniform, and the temperature difference between inside and outside can be controlled at about ± 3 ℃. It is a high-speed temperature rise furnace with extremely high cost performance.
