main feature
The thermal insulation layer adopts the inorganic material of alumina fiber formed by vacuum adsorption, which is environmentally friendly and energy-saving; it adopts fuzzy PID control, and the temperature control accuracy can reach ± 1 ℃; the furnace body adopts a double-layer air-cooled structure. Below 60 ℃; made of a combination of various insulation materials, so that the furnace is small in size, and can consume less light (one-tenth of the power consumption of similar products)
A load-bearing frame combined with sheet metal enclosure is adopted, and 7 roller rods are installed at the bottom of the furnace, which is convenient for customers to roll into the warehouse when unloading. A gas outlet hole is opened in the furnace chamber, which is convenient for discharging the gas out of the furnace body.
