　　BTF-1200C-HP高温高压管式炉，其炉管采用镍基合金钢管，最高温度可耐1100℃，800℃工作条件下，最大压力可达4mpa，密封形式采用CF法兰密封，密封圈为金属无氧铜密封圈，最大真空度可以达到10-4 Pa，而且此款设备的炉管抗氧化性较强，可以在高温状态下通入氧气和水蒸气，设备上装有压力传感器和电磁阀，当压力传感器检测到内部压力大于所设定的压力时通过信号传送至高压电磁阀，电磁阀打开释放出多余压力，以保证内部压力与所设定相同。
