　　这是一款红外灯管加热的RTP快速升温管式炉，石英管直径为20mm，可用于小样品实验。炉胆采用高密度纯氧化铝聚轻纤维材料真空吸附成型，表面涂覆高反射率的超高温保护涂层，不仅能够保持其能量的最低损耗，还能增强高温稳定性，可有效减少热能损耗，使温场均匀。气动弹簧支撑结构让操作者可各角度安全开启，加热面板上2块宇电仪表，分别控制炉膛内温度和出气端配有辅助加热器，保证出气温度，满足客户不同的温度要求。进气端装有2路浮子流量计，可选择单独或混合进气。
