　　此产品专用于冲切工艺，配备不同规格的模具可在薄片材料上进行冲孔、落料等工艺。整机设计小巧，使用灵活便捷，非常适用于在0.005～0.5mm厚度的电池正、负极片、隔膜纸等材料上进行冲膜落料。该产品的主要特点有：

　　1.上冲模采用高精度滑轨导向，冲切精度高，无毛边、毛刺、压痕。

　　2.可冲切厚度为0.005～0.5mm各种电池材料。

　　3.体积小，操作方便，使用灵活快捷，可在直径Φ200mm以上的手套箱过度仓中自由穿过。

　　4.外形精致美观简洁，清洁维护简便具有体积小巧等优点。

　　5.机身采用耐腐蚀材料制作，永不生锈，美观。
