Main feature:
vertical type,Specially used for melting and casting ingots of special steel, high temperature alloy, precision alloy, etc. under vacuum or protective atmosphere, and also for vacuum precision casting of small parts.
constructure:This equipment is mainly composed of vacuum chamber, gas supply system, low vacuum system, and intermediate frequency sensor, intermediate frequency electrical control system, electrostatic spinning device, collector, observation window and tungsten rhenium thermocouple temperature measurement device.
The sensor has a built-in thermal insulation device and a graphite crucible, and the bottom of the graphite crucible has a hole diameter of 1-2mm. There is a graphite plate above the crucible, which can ventilate an inert gas into the graphite crucible to achieve a slight positive pressure in the crucible. The material melts and the molten material flows out of the lower aperture through the gas pressure in the crucible. The outflowing material passes through the tungsten filament spinneret below, and there is a collector under the spinneret. And the distance between the spinneret and the collector can be adjusted manually. Observation window and tungsten rhenium thermocouple temperature measuring device. The inductor of this device consists of a special-shaped copper tube coiled into a spiral coil.
gas supply system:It can control the mixing of three gases at different flow rates, and can also be equipped with a scrubbing device according to the experimental needs. The mass flow meter is integrated and installed in a sealed movable cabinet. The card sleeve joint is composed of touch screen control.
vacuum unit:composed of mechanical pump, filter net and various control valves.
Electrical control: adopt SCR intermediate frequency inverter device for power supply.
